Vicki's Story
Sometimes the hardest decision you make becomes the beginning of everything better.
When her daughter was just 15 months old, Vicki Mills made the courageous decision to leave an abusive relationship and rebuild her life as a single mum. At the time she was navigating depression, PTSD, and the uncertainty of starting again. But she refused to let fear define the rest of her story.
With the support of a community of women who believed in her, Vicki began building a new path forward. That encouragement became the foundation for Get Organised Client Services and her passion for helping others navigate life’s challenges.
Her personal experiences advocating for her daughter and navigating complex systems such as NDIS and disability services revealed just how overwhelming these processes can be for families. Today, she uses that lived experience to help others find clarity, support, and practical solutions.

Get Organised Client Services
Get Organised Client Services supports individuals and families navigating aged care and disability services, with a focus on making the process clearer, more manageable, and less overwhelming.
Vicki works with community-based clients to provide tailored support, including case management, care planning, and creating practical systems such as routines, schedules, and procedures that make day-to-day life easier. She can also assist with writing job descriptions, advertising for carers, and connecting clients with trusted support services.
For families needing hands-on support, Get Organised Client Services also provides experienced disability and aged care support workers. Whether it’s help after a hospital stay, assistance with appointments, meal preparation, personal care, or keeping on top of household tasks, Vicki ensures clients receive the right support in a way that feels respectful and personalised.
