Allergic Reaction Management Plan

This document outlines what the client is allergic to, what are the signs to look for when the client is having an allergic reaction, the severity of the allergy and the management of the allergy.  For example: the plan will identify if a client has an epi-pen or medication they take to manage their allergic response.  An Allergic reaction plan will need to be signed off by a doctor.

Having an allergic reaction plan will inform others of how to respond to the client who is having the allergic reaction.  It will outline the signs and symptoms and what treatment they require.
